But there’s patience and then there’s just bad customer service. I was very confused because I hadn’t been rude or disrespectful. I then decided to leave because I realised they had no plans to serve me. The customer service was actually appalling, honestly does it take two people to serve one customer.
Both staff members had returned to behind the counter and was still helping one customer. 5 minutes had passed and I had still not received any help from a staff member. The male staff member acknowledged me and said he notices me and will be with me shortly. After standing there patiently for 20 secs while they had their conversation. I approached a male staff member who was having a conversation with a female staff member and a customer. There were two staff members on the shop floor. I walked over to the concealer section had a look and then decided to look for a member of staff. I already knew what I needed so it would be a quick purchase. Yesterday I went to the Mac cosmetics store in Pearson’s (Enfield). I have been a regular customer at Mac for many years and usually my experience is very pleasant. Worst customer service I have ever experienced
